Marcus’ Background Experience
As you can see above, Marcus has a lot of experience in related fields. But let’s take a closer look at how his background can help you make the right decision about your future home.
Construction / Handyman
Spending 7+ years working with construction and running a handyman business gave Marcus a lot of hands-on experience with all aspects of residential homes. It also taught him exactly what to look for in Santa Maria Area houses, including common issues that tend to pop up in the same building types.
If you’re interested in protecting your family’s health, you may need to get a water and mold test conducted. Fortunately, Marcus’ time as a laboratory microbiologist scientist makes him uniquely qualified to either provide this type of testing or recommend a qualified professional.
Marcus also grew up around his father’s landscaping business, which he then worked in for 10+ years. Once again, he spent a lot of time working directly with residential properties and learned about the many problems that can arise from structural damage.
